OWNER/INSPECTOR
Rick is a Florida native, born and raised in Central Florida. After being a General Contractor for 20+ years and a Home Inspector for 10+ years, Rick is now making the jump to fully invest in inspecting an assuring people about their homes.
Rick has a deep passion for nature and landscape photography, and has a keen eye for details. He loves his wife & children, and spending time with his two dogs.
MISSION
My mission is to provide thorough, detail-oriented home and insurance inspections across Florida with honesty, accuracy, and integrity.
As a solo inspector, I take the time to carefully evaluate each home and deliver clear, unbiased reports so my clients can make confident, informed decisions.
