HOW LONG DOES THE INSPECTION TAKE & WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REPORT?
A lot of factors play into the timeline of your inspection (age, size, the condition of the home, even the weather) are just a few. With that being said, are goal is to complete the inspection within a timely matter. While making sure not to rush, or create a potential for miss something. Typically the process takes about 4 hours, with the report when feasible, being published the same day.
HOW MUCH IS AN INSPECTION?
For a basic home inspection you can expect the cost to start at around $400 with prices to increase based off of square footage, condition of the house, etc. In addition, if other services are requested, for example when adding wind mitigation to a home inspection or bundling with a 4 point, the price for each may decrease.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN AN INSPECTION?
A home inspection includes a non-invasive, visual examination of the critical components and systems, including a detailed inspection report of the property. The report is designed to inform and identify defects of said property. Some of the components inspected include

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE AN INSPECTION?
Your inspector can send you a small list of things that can be done prior to the inspection to insure a more thorough and efficient inspection. For example something as simple as making sure the kitchen counters, allow for access to the outlets. Our that the electrical panel or attic stair case are accessible.
